Magnolia PEEK
Magnolia PEEK is a high performance medical grade plastic known for its high purity and light color and is used as a metal replacement in demanding industries. Magnolia PEEK can be processed by injection molding, extrusion, compression molding and machining. Magnolia PEEK is available in granules, powder and bar stock.
Quality Engineering
Superior Polymers has established a quality management system which is certified to ISO 13485:2016 and operates under the relevant aspects of current Good Manufacturing Practices. Due to the aromatic backbone of the polymer and semi-crystalline nature, PEEK offers several key features compared to other polymers on the market. The combination of these key features results in a polymer with unrivaled performance as a single polymer or as part of a composite system.
- High tensile strength
- High heat resistance
- High flexural strength
- High chemical resistance
- High chemical inertness
- High toughness and fatigue resistance
- Modulus similar to bone
- Excellent biocompatibility
Magnolia PEEK is offered in three forms, allowing for key features to be offered for flexible applications across multiple industries.
